Welcome to The Karma Collective

Products and experiences to support healing and wellbeing

As a certified social enterprise, we are a business that strengthens community.

Our high quality, Australian made wellbeing gifts support training and employment opportunities for people in our community who face complex barriers to work.

Our Wellbeing Sanctuary at our headquarters in Toowoomba, Queensland, is home to rescued animals, a flower farm and permaculture food forest.

We are open to the public (by appointment) and visits are hosted by our team of community members.

The Sanctuary is ideal for relaxing in nature, engaging in creative activities and cuddling our calves. Enjoy time and space with friends, family and colleagues. We are also taking a limited number of bookings for clients in the disability and allied health sectors.

  • Jessica, Operations Manager

"I started working at The Karma Collective in April 2024 and in that short time I have had alot going on in my life. Angharad is one of the most understanding and kindest people I have ever met. I have been having a lot of medical trouble and she makes sure I'm good and makes sure I'm ok to work. The environment at The Karma Collective is the healthiest environment I have ever worked in. Angharad is always checking in with me and making sure I'm ok and even help talk with me about my mental health."

    "I absolutely love working here!"
  • Viyan, School-based Trainee Operations

"I enjoy working at Karma each week while I finish year 12. I am learning new skills and becoming more confident to use technology to develop my communication skills."

"My job at Karma is bringing me closer to my dream of working in aviation one day - the money I earn pays for flying lessons!"
  • Al, Horticulture

"I must have been excellent in another lifetime to now have a job at The Karma Collective. The quality products used in the candles represent how management respects humanity."

"I work in the gardens, mostly loitering behind hedges."
  • Adish, Graphic Design

"My class in uni had us focus on social enterprises, and required us to search for a real life case study. Because of my love for animals, I chose this as my topic and began my search, which led me to The Karma Collective. Through this, I met the lovely Angharad, and she just so happened to desperately need a graphic designer. I was able to help her within the comfort of my home, and exercise my artistic skills just as I desired. It was like by crazy chance, so effortless and coincidental. And the rest is history. I've been creating designs for Karma and falling in love with their mission for helping animals, people, and the earth."

"Trust in the divine. What is meant for you will find you."
  • Angela, Marketing and Communications

I started working with the Karma team in 2023 during the Community Consultation regarding core values and principles.
I really enjoy working on projects that advance Karma's impact!

I always walk out of meetings with so much excitement and energy!
