Shipping policy

Products are usually packed and shipped within 3 business days after an order is placed and payment processed.

You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped.

The current domestic shipping times are variable, but we do recommend allowing up to 5 business days for your order to be packed just in case. Orders should arrive within 7 business days for most metro cities in Australia. We recommend allowing up to 10 business days for deliveries to regional and rural areas.

Currently, we ship to Australia only. However, if you desperately want one of our products (we don’t blame you), get in touch and we’ll see what we are able to do.
