Each week, you will receive access to 3.5 hours of transformative online workshops:

1 x 60 min group mindset reset session

1 x 60 min group integration session

3 x 45 min integrated yoga sessions
(gentle breathwork, postures and meditation)
Over the course of 6 weeks, you will receive more than 20 hours of transformative mindset and yoga coaching, together with life-changing tools and techniques to maintain lasting wellbeing.

Angharad
Angharad is the CEO of The Karma Collective and a Certified Practitioner in Positive Education and Wellbeing. She is a busy mother of two, working across multiple enterprises and deeply committed to wellbeing. She created the Embodied Wellbeing Program to support others to achieve the essence of their wellbeing goals in simple and lasting ways.
Neethu Kumari Verma
Neethu Kumari Verma is a qualified yoga therapist, dietician and fitness coach on a mission to support people with weight loss, mobility, overall health and wellbeing. She has supported more than 100 clients to lose weight, regain their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
We support you step-by-step to:
1. Get crystal clear on goals that connect with your whole self - head and heart.
2. Be supported to honestly address any ways you are self-sabotaging!
3. Befriend your mind and build a relationship with your emotional nature (your inner child!).
4. Energise a vision for a life you will love.
5. Embed structures of support that bring lasting results.
