In this hands-on, 6-week knowledge plus integration process, you walk away with the info and the tools to achieve a quality of life that you had only dreamed of....and....it gets to be easy!
Each week, you will participate in 3.5 hours of transformative online workshops:
1 x 60 min weekly group training session
1 x 60 min weekly group integrations session
3 x 30 weekly integrated yoga sessions
Over the course of the program, you will receive more than 20 hours of transformative training and yoga, together with life-changing tools and techniques to maintain lasting wellbeing.

Products are usually packed within 2 business days. We use Aramex and Australia Post for domestic deliveries.
Deliveries take 5-7 business days from shipping to reach most metro cities in Australia, and 7-10 business days for deliveries to Darwin, Perth and rural areas.
