In this hands-on, 6-week knowledge plus integration process, you walk away with the info and the tools to achieve a quality of life that you had only dreamed of....and....it gets to be easy!

Pillar 1 (Week 1) - CLARITY

Reflect on your life objectively using the PERMA-V model of wellbeing, decode the your lack of wellbeing, set goals that really excite you, and rewrite a script for your life.

Pillar 2 (Week 2) - COHERENCE

Learn the science of personal coherence, and how to cultivate the energetic conditions to start to realise your wellbeing goals each and every day.

Pillar 3 (Week 3) - CONSCIOUSNESS

Learn how your mind can supercharge a self-sustaining, resilient mindset that supports you to maintain your wellbeing routines when storms arrive in life.

Pillar 4 (Weeks 4-6) - CO-CREATE

Join our 3 x weekly integrated yoga, breathwork and meditation sessions to experience full body wellbeing in your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual domains.

The Embodied Wellbeing Team

Angharad is a Certified Practitioner in Positive Education and Wellbeing, and teaches from a lived-experience perspective, having supported her husband to live well, and relapse-free, with an autoimmune disease for over 10 years. After overcoming a major career burnout herself in 2021, she came face-to-face with the beautiful and confronting truth about the power we all have to create our own reality and live the life of our dreams.

Angharad Lubbock, CEO of The Karma Collective and Certified Positive Education Practitioner

Neethu Kumari Verma is a qualified and dedicated yoga therapist, dietician and fitness coach on a mission to support people with weight loss, mobility, overall health and wellbeing. 

She has supported more than 100 clients to lose weight, regain their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Her coaching is based on individual needs and feedback throughout  each and every class.
