Foundation Program - Embodied Wellbeing

Are you stuck in a loop, setting wellbeing goals that aren't achievable....or enjoyable?!

In this 6-week foundation program you will learn and apply:

- optimal human flourishing models within positive psychology

- goal setting that focuses on how you want life to feel (not just on what you want to achieve, but why)

- mindset and yogic techniques to stabilise and connect your mind and body

- simple, daily routines for lasting and profound wellbeing!
